Transfer Of Ownership

Once we have all the details from you, we will contact the warehouse to confirm provenance and ownership of the cask. We will need a 100ml sample drawn from the cask for our in-house team to review and photograph. A regauge may be requested if the cask has not been regauged in the last 12 months
We will list your cask on our trusted online platform for cask auctions. You’re welcome to set a reserve price at no extra cost, and we can advise on the ideal figure.
Once we have received payment from the highest bidder, we’ll transfer the funds to you within 30 working days. We ask for your patience to allow us to conduct due diligence and to handle the payment. International transfers from our overseas bidders will take longer to process than domestic transfers.
Once you have received payment, we will contact you to begin the transfer of ownership of the cask into the name of the buyer. If your cask is not already stored with us, you will need to complete a delivery order, and we will guide you through this process.
